However, during the production and application process, due to the influence of various factors, the zinc layer may fall off, affecting the performance and life of the steel.

1. Surface Impurities
Before hot-dip galvanizing, the steel surface must be cleaned and treated. Oil, oxides, or other impurities on the surface can weaken the zinc layer and easily peel off. Therefore, during the production process, we must pay attention to the cleaning and treatment of the steel surface to ensure that the surface is clean and free of impurities.

2. Uneven Zinc Coating Thickness
During the hot-dip galvanizing process, the thickness of the zinc coating can be affected by the varying shapes and sizes of the steel surface, resulting in uneven thickness. If the thickness of the zinc layer is uneven, it will cause deformation during steel processing and use, resulting in the detachment of the zinc layer. Therefore, during the production process, attention should be paid to controlling the uniformity of the zinc layer to ensure that the thickness of the zinc layer is consistent.

3. Poor Steel Quality
During the hot-dip galvanizing process, poor steel quality can affect the strength of the zinc layer, increasing the risk of zinc layer peeling. Therefore, during the production and material selection process, attention should be paid to the control and selection of steel quality to ensure the good performance of the steel.
