The production process for galvalume steel sheet & coil is a continuous melt plating process. The long-term corrosion resistance of the metal plating depends mainly on the melting rate of the plated material and the thickness of the plating. The service life of the 55% Alu-Zn alloy coating is therefore longer than that of the galvanised steel, with no signs of rusting after 20 years.
