Alloy tool steel XGD6A is a bimetallic saw blade backing steel with an alloy content of more than 4%. With its high strength and toughness, high wear resistance, high red hardness and long service life, it is widely used in the sawing industry for cutting metals, hard and precious mahogany and other high-hardness materials, and has broad market prospects.
The wide steel strip production process of Xingang Group has always been at the forefront of the industry. At that time, cold-rolled wide steel strip products were scarce in China due to production difficulties and other reasons.
After understanding the market demand, Xingang Group started the production of alloy tool steel XGD6A cold-rolled wide steel strip in February this year to fill the market gap and its own transformation and upgrading and high-quality development needs.
After successively breaking through the common industry problems such as high dimensional accuracy requirements, complex process technology, and difficult production control, Xingang Group successfully developed 1.32×1100 mm alloy tool steel XGD6A cold-rolled wide steel strip on May 27.
After testing, the product's mechanical properties, tolerance accuracy, surface quality and other technical indicators all meet the standard requirements.
