Jilin Jianlong recently successfully shipped its first order of 200 tons of non-oriented silicon steel (Grade 50JW800) to Pakistan. The steel will be used in the production of fan motor components.
This cooperation not only meets the needs of Pakistan's local motor manufacturing industry but also accumulates experience for Jilin Jianlong to subsequently explore markets along the Belt and Road Initiative, such as Southeast Asia and the Middle East, laying a solid foundation for the company's diversification and expansion into international markets.
Since the silicon steel production line went into operation, Jilin Jianlong's non-oriented silicon steel product matrix has gradually demonstrated its differentiated competitive advantage. Its products boast transverse and longitudinal thickness tolerances of within 5μm, a stacking coefficient exceeding 98.5%, and the comprehensive performance of some grades rivals that of leading domestic brands. Their magnetic properties, dimensional accuracy, and appearance quality fully meet the stringent requirements for manufacturing high-speed precision motor cores for drones, robots, automotive micromotors, and other applications. The company has already achieved volume production of 0.2mm high-silicon thin-gauge new energy products, with trial production of 0.15mm and thinner grades underway.
In the future, Jilin Jianlong will further promote the export of extended products such as cold-series and silicon steel, continuously increase its international market share, push more high-end products made in China to the world stage, and inject strong "Chinese momentum" into global industrial development.
