As a core product targeting the global high-end market, Heilongjiang Jianlong X52QS anti-corrosion pipeline focuses on the harsh environmental requirements of the oil, gas, and chemical industries. With "dual breakthroughs in process formula and adaptation to dual extreme scenarios" as its core competitiveness, it is tailored to solve two major industry pain points: high temperature and high corrosion in acidic oil and gas fields and brittle fracture of pipelines in extremely cold environments.
For example, the innovative synergistic sulfur control process achieves a stable sulfur content of ≤0.003% in the finished product. Combined with an innovative alloy system and vanadium-titanium second phase precipitation strengthening technology, it achieves a triple balance of mechanical properties, corrosion resistance and low-temperature adaptability. The "quenching + tempering" heat treatment process parameters have been further optimized to refine the grains, which not only ensures high dimensional accuracy, but also achieves extreme toughness with an impact energy of ≥100J at -40℃, perfectly adapting to the stringent requirements of acidic environments and extreme temperature differences.
This product has won the favor of customers due to its excellent test results of no cracks in the 720-hour SSC test and zero in all indicators in the 96-hour HIC test, as well as its high strength and toughness performance of 360-530MPa yield strength and 460-760MPa tensile strength.
